Apricot and currant porridge with organic wholegrain rice flakes

 
 Fredagsfrukost: Gröt på ekologiska fullkornsrisflingor! 
(Jag använder Urtekrams risflingor)

Koka ihop 1 dl risflingor, 2 dl vatten och 1 tsk linfrön till en gröt. Toppa med chiafrön, tärnad aprikos, pumpafrön, vinbär och gojibär. Mandelmjölk är gott till.

Put 1 dl rice flakes, 2 dl water and 1 tsp flax seeds in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. To serve. Pour into bowls, top with chia seeds, diced apricots, pumpkin seeds, currants and goji berries. Serve with almond milk. YUM!
