VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES - RECIPE

Det var ju det här med pannkaksfrukostar... 

Servera med olika bär, frukt, bananglass, kakaonibs, kokosflingor, gojibär, vad du än gillar!

Ekologiska ingredienser.

NATURLIGT GLUTENFRIA VEGANSKA PANNKAKOR
2-3 port

6 dl vatten
1 dl bovetemjöl
1 dl kikärtsmjöl (jag använder det HÄR)
1/2 dl glutenfria havregryn eller boveteflingor
3 bananer
1 msk bakpulver
1 krm vaniljpulver

kallpressad kokosolja

1. Mixa snabbt ihop alla ingredienser till en smet.
2. Stek pannkakor i kokosolja, servera med din favorit topping.

CHOKLAD NICE CREAM

4 frysta och skivade bananer, mogna
2 msk raw kakao
1 krm vaniljpulver
ev. lite vatten

1. Låt bananskivorna tina en stund i rumstemperatur.
2. Kör alla ingredienser i en matberedare/vitamix (stavmixer fungerar också men då måste bananskivorna tina mer) till en krämig glass. Servera genast.

VEGAN NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES
2-3 servings

6 dl water
1 dl buckwheat flour 
1 dl chickpea flour
1/2 dl oat flakes
3 bananas
1 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch vanilla powder

cold pressed coconut oil

1. Use a hand blender and mix quickly together all ingredients. 
2. Fry the pancakes in coconut oil, serve with your favorite topping.

CHOCOLATE NICE CREAM

4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
2 tbsp raw cacao
1 pinch vanilla powder
little water, if needed

1. Thaw the banans in room temperature 10 minutes before blending them.
2. Use a food processor/vitamix instead of a blender for optimum results, Add all ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately!
